How we handle the information you send us when you ask for a taxi or airport transfer quote.
This notice explains what happens to the information you enter on this website and how to contact us about it. It is written to reflect how the website actually works.
What the quote forms collect
Our quote and airport transfer forms may ask for:
- your name
- your telephone number
- pickup location and destination
- journey date and time
- return journey details where applicable
- number of passengers and luggage
- vehicle size required
- airport, direction of travel and flight number where applicable
- any additional requirements you choose to type in
The forms do not ask for your email address. We may receive your email address if you choose to email us from your own email account.
How the website handles what you enter
The website does not store your quote details. Nothing you type into the forms is saved to a database or sent to a server by this website. When you finish a form, the details are simply assembled into a message that you can choose to send to us by WhatsApp or by email from your own device. Until you press send in WhatsApp or in your email application, nothing reaches us.
If you choose Send via WhatsApp, the message opens in WhatsApp and is sent through WhatsApp/Meta, whose own privacy terms apply to that message.
If you choose Send via email, your own email provider handles and sends the message, and we receive it at localtaxiwarwick@gmail.com.
Why we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry

- to arrange and manage your journey
- to communicate with you about your journey
- to keep the business and legal records we are required to keep
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it on for marketing.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for it in a portable form. To do any of this, email localtaxiwarwick@gmail.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
